    Dinner from the garden. Black Krim tomato, Superior steamed potato served with butter,Chickpea tempeh, Tomato juice.Filling and nourishing.

    It even tastes good. I like steamed potatoes periodically with butter. Tempeh is a reasonable replacement for meat.

    @Durgan, yes agreed it is important to get the protein. Something we tell our vegetarian daughter regularly.
