I MEANT UNPOLLINATTED :0) Hello Everyone. My zucchini plants have been producing beautifully this summer. (I live in Texas, southwest of Houston.) A couple of days ago, my attention was drawn to an unusual-looking zucchini. It is about 6 inches long, looks like an adult veggie, but has a large blossom on its end that has never opened. This is not a parthenocarpic plant. Is it possible for a plant to just spontaneously allow a fruit to grow without being fertilized? See the attached picture. Thanks for any info you may give!
