The four ingredients used were a garlic bulb, a Walla Walla onion, a few okra fingers, and a black krim tomato. Each ingredient was cooked separately in extra virgin olive oil then mixed and cooked a bit more in a cast iron frying pan. The OXO Chopper was used to make small pieces. I find this device almost indispensable. The skin of the garlic cloves was removed using a tortilla press, which is quick and almost effortless.
