They will be allowed to dry and will be planted in October to over winter to produce about four cloves in a bulb used for producing new garlic when plated in 2021. They take little room and allow the whole main crop to be utilized meaning about 20% is usually used for next years crop. Also the new crop is defect free renewed every year.
