27 August 2021 Tomato 27 August 2021 Tomato Thirty pounds of garden tomatoes were made into 16 liters of pressure canned juice at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. This gives about 80 liters so probably enough for this year, but frost is expected in less than a month in my zone 5. Annotated pictures depict the process.
