Picture 1 is a Fagraea I think it may be F. bertriana. The second I picked up as Boerlagiodendron spp. 'Highlander' I have been unable to find a match but the flowers point toward it being some form of this species. I'll add another photo when the flowers open. Any help is appreciated.
