First time user of this forum and was wondering about a Idenifying a bamboo plant. this plant is hardy threw the winter and leavs turn yellow but then come back in the spring. i started with shoot and it has spead into many shoots via its root system. the highest shoot is about 12 feet high. I have done research aand found out there are over 1200 types of bamboo. it may be possible to idenify without a photo but i will try get a picture asap but my scanner is psently not working thanks in advanced for any help
