I'm surprised no one on this forum has been able to identify your plant yet. I certainly cannot. One thing that occurs to me though that may focus your search is the possibility that this is not a parasitic plant. Consider that "a parasitic plant is a plant that derives some or all of its nutritional requirement from another living plant." (Wikipedia) The fact that the vine in your photo seems to be strangling another plant is not enough to categorize it as parasitic . . . other vines, in time, can strangle other plants but are not parasitic.
Thank you. Actually the vines grow from the branches of a large shrub they call biflora here which is why I called it a parasite.
