In The Garden: Invasive thorny vine

I found a vine growing in my Portland, OR garden today. I have been unable to locate it on the internet. Part of it was upright and part growing on the ground under my plants. It seems even more thorny than the Himalayan blackberries that I fight every year. Can anyone identify it for me?

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Just what I need is another type of awful blackberry. I had never seen this one before. Wish I would never see it again, but I know I will.
