Hello everybody. My father gave me some hot pepper seed last spring. He said he didn't know the name of the peppers but that they were great tasting peppers. So I planted them. We sure enough they are good peppers. They smell, taste like cayenne peppers with the same amount of heat intensity. It is just that I have never seen a curly cayenne before. I would really like to know the proper name before I start sharing the seed with my friends. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks James

    Hi James,

I do not know which chilli this is, but it looks very like one I grow and know as "Fuego". I have never got a full loop like yours but they are always long and irregularly curved and often turn back on themselves.

Hi bjo! Thanks for the feedback. Every single pepper I got from the seed my Dad gave me was curled. Some of them several times. The thickest on was about the size of a first grader pencil and the longest was 9 1/2 inches. "Fuego' huh? That's a good start. Thanks!
