I am attaching two pictures of a friend's plant that we need to ID. It is an evergreen plant which gets covered in white flowers. Any help would be appreciated.

Some kind of mustard family (Cruciferae) plant. Resembles garlic mustard, a pest plant. If that's what it is, they don't want any additional specimens coming up there.

It resembles both Pachyphragma macrophylla and, perhaps, Wasabi japonica

Bingo! That is it: Pachyphragma macrophylla.

Thank you so much for all the help as always. You are wonderful.
