Can anyone identify this plant? Also close up of flower. Growing in South America (Southeast Brazil) but I think cultivated. I believe I also saw this plant recently in Florida also cultivated. Last pic is with hummingbird. Any help appreciated.

Ti plant, Cordyline fruticosa. It's commonly seen in Hawaii, where it was introduced by the Polynesians.
