Spring is in the air and all the flowers are blooming everywhere. I love all the bright and cheerful colors this time of year. I don't think I'll ever tire of gardening. After a couple of years of learning all I can about gardening in my own back yard, I finally got over my heebie-jeebies of slugs and aphids. I still don't like spiders, centipedes and those round little bugs that remind me of army helmets with little feet.

Some of the plants I have growing in my garden are: Roses ~ both climbers and hybrid teas, hydrangeas, rhododendrons, clematis, magnolia tree, skimmia, mums, hostas, tulips, bearded iris and more...

It's been 10 years since I joined this forum and over the years, I have learned a great deal. I discovered one my most favorite plants to grow are roses and clematis.

Everyone here has always been so helpful to me and I thank you all for your kindness and plant knowledge.
