My 4 year old yellow magnolia has developed more problems. There are now no leaves on the tree and there are 2 areas on the truck about 4-6" above the ground that look wet all the time. When I press on these areas water seeps out. I did hand dig down to a root- about 6-8" and it is was white. Is there help for this tree?
