Here are some photos of my Euphorbia that have been showing some alterations ; the plants are kept outdoors, the first one is drying up specially the sunlight side; for the second one, only the basal stem is damaged

Can anyone tell me if it is because I've over watered them?

Does it look like they can be saved?

The one on the right may in fact be rotting off at the base.

Is it because of the cold? heavy rains? too much sun exposure ?!! I am confused !

If they are out of their native habitat heavy rain or frequent irrigation could account for the rot.
Cold damage usually occurs at the top of the plant, too deep planting may also be an issue.
