Hi, I am in Edmonton AB. I was cleaning up some raised beds of weeds and leaves and noticed what I had thought was soil on the wood box was moving. Upon closer inspection there are thousands of tiny black bugs the size of a pin head on and in my garden boxes. They seem to jump when touched. Does anybody know what these are and if they might be harmful to my garden, myself or my dog?
