We have Peace Lilies on our window sill at work. They seem to thrive and produce many new healthy leaves. We re-pot them regularly but they never seem to flower. Does anyone know why this might be?
Day length and nutrition come to mind. Spathys are from my neck of the woods, and bloom when there's 12 hours of daylight followed by 12 of night and then only when the soil they're in is very rich. I'd try feeding them a high potassium/phosphorus blend - I like seaweed emulsion for mine, and maybe restrict or boost their daylight to even it out.
