I have a 4 year old Meyer Lemon tree with leaves still green but curling with silver tracing. Some leaves also have yellow blotches and black dots. There are quite a few very large (still green) lemons that appear to be alright. I am afraid to spray anything that would impair the fruit. Can I use horticultural oil or soap? If not what? It received a lot of rain for several weeks, however we were gone for 3 weeks and had turned off the sprinkler due to earlier rains. Unfortunately while we were gone the rains seemed to have ceased. What can we do now? Thank you for any help.

I have now found out that my Meyer Lemon leaf problem is citrus leafminer and I am wondering what is safe to use on this problem. Can I use an oil spray without harm?
