I could use any input with our grapevine. It has been in the ground for many years. It had two trees that grew up in the middle of it that we recently cut out of it. Now we have a big mess of out of control vines on the ground. What is the best solution? Can we cut it all off to the base and start fresh again?

Would that be Green Cove Springs Florida? So these would probably be Muscadines, but the advice is similar in any case.
Yes, you can prune them way back, and probably should as is is difficult to put older vines back onto a trellis. If you are lucky enough to have a few shoots of this year's growth in a position that you can save them, then you can do all this and still get some fruit next year, but more likely you will have to put up with a year of no production. Prune in the early spring.

i would prune them then build something to wrap them on. once you cut them and see how long it takes for them to get that length youre going to wish you never cut them.
