My orange leaves are falling off. I kept it indoor. Sometimes i took the orange outside in sunlight. There are almost 20 ripe orange and lots of small buds are there. Do i need to pluck the ripe orange in time. Or how much watering should do or the technique of doing it. Please help.

Is there a big difference between the indoor and outdoor environments? Perhaps the tree is stressed from being suddenly placed into full sun without a period of gradual acclimatization. Does the leaf drop occur soon after each trip outdoors?

The medium for citrus should be water retentive but quick to drain. It should be allowed to become somewhat dry between applications of water.

The question is pretty much the same. Does the tree lose leaves shortly after being moved indoors? Acclimatization is needed when moving between environments.
