A neighbour who does not have a computer these days has asked me to ask you if you think that the problems she observes on her Albizia julibrissin may be caused by Fusarium wilt. Symptoms have arisen within the past year and she has not noticed that the leaves have yellowed or dropped. A branch came down after a snow storm and she says it showed black streaks within.

The symptoms I observed today include a long, oozing fissure along the length of the trunk as well as several slits here and there elsewhere on the trunk.
