Mikawa yatsubusa

    Can anyone give me a reading on how fast this cultivar grows (I have the impression it is fairly slowly)?

    Hi Bill:

    Mikawa yatsubusa is about high average to somewhat fast
    taking into consideration all of the Dwarf forms (Vertrees).
    There are several "Yatsubusas" that are slower growers
    than Mikawa yatsubusa is.

    My Mikawa Yatsabusa has grown about one inch per year for the lasdt 5 years or so.
