I have this 10 year old tree peony it will bud but failed to bloom every year. The tree died off couple years ago but came back this year. It has one bud and it looks like it will not bloom again. Eventually it will wither after 3 or 4 weeks. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for the link. It's been another week the bud grows a little bigger but the leaves are really healthy and vigorously spreading. The only thing I can think of it is not getting full sun just morning sun. May be this one need full sun to bloom. I will try a little bit of lime and let it grow taller hopefully next year it will bloom.
