It's a seedling but I really like how the shape of the leaf is.
Is there an known cultivar that has the same leaf shape?

Acer palmatum 'G Seedling' instantly comes to mind. This is a Matsumarae-typle leaf shape (or perhaps a matsumarae hybrid), and is quite common.

There are lots of red lace-leaf cultivars.
