I found mushrooms

I found mushrooms in my apartments and I don't know what they are. All I know is that they are dark brown, thin, small, and have no particular smell. Can any one tell me what they are and if they are poison. Thanks!

 

A species of Psathyrella. None of the species of this genus are known truly poisonous.

Radica, were these growing in grass?
I think this is actually Panaeolina foenisecii.
