I have this plant well over ten years. I have know idea what it is. I water it weekly and it gets direct light. It is thriving very well but it needs to be pruned or trimmed and I don't how to do it without cutting of the leaves. Can anybody help out? Thanks.
It looks a lil dried out and maybe not getting enough sun ... give it a good watering and a bit more sun .. Marion
i'd go with brassaia actinophylla. i have one and she grows like stink! yours looks pretty stunted. ...is she rootbound? are the roots healthy-looking? are there any nutrients in the soil? do you keep the leaflets clean? are you sure you water often enough? as for pruning, i dunno, this plant looks a bit too sad to need to be pruned...
Agree with Marn and leaf. If this were my plant I would repot, water more frequently, and move it to a better-lit location. That soil looks pretty dry. Plant is still trying, doing its best, but could use some help!
