I have started a tree from seed; and I would like to know if in my zone, if this plant will survive. I live in hot springs, arkansas. My plant is a year old and approximately 3 feet tall. I have moved it outside and wondering if it will be safe to transplant it into the ground now?

Avocado trees are only able to tolerate minimal frost and young trees are much more sensitive than mature trees. Your tree would be killed by frost in your area unless you move it inside away from frost or freezes in the winter time.
