Does any one have any information about Acer Palmatum Cynthia's Crown Jewel? This is a delightful little tree. I'm curious as to origin and any information about mature size, leaf, color and form. thanks! T.

As I understand it was a seedling discovered at Stanley and Sons Nursery in Boring Oregon. Cynthia has been the head propagator there for years, she found this plant. The plant habit reminds me of Sharps Pygmy, though the leaf is different. Post some photos.

to follow up on the above post, the Stanley & Sons catalogue says
Cynthia Spires (their chief propagator) found the plant in 1994
