It is Dracena marginata. I have one too, and 2 dogs, but they never tried to eat it, so I don`t know if it is poisonous for them. I don`t think it is, never heard that enyone had a problem with it, but just to be sure You could move the plant at a place where the dogs can`t `try` it! Good luck with the Dracena, and the dog, of course! :D
