I just saw those white bugs on my Jade this morning!! Is it possible to indentify from this pic? And how to get rid of them without using chemicals?

Looks like mealie bugs. Use a Q-tip dipped in plain rubbing alcohol to remove them. Keep an eye on the plant and repeat treatment as necessary. If you have other plants give each a good inspection as mealies spread rather rapidly. You can also use a pistol-grip sprayer for alcohol treatment. Just don't let the soil get saturated at all with the alcohol. HTH.
