yet another plant identification

    please see attachments. Note especially the little "babies" on the edges in the close-up photo - they have little air roots

    Received this from a former co-worker who told me it came from another former co-worker's home country (Trinidad). That may or may not be true. The leaves remind me of a kalanchoe in thickness and succulent-ness.

    It is about 30 centimeters tall in the pot.

    I want to re-pot this, but thought I should find out what it is to read up on best care.
