    another wildflower blooming here in Central AR


    full sun
    clay
    along roadside
    about 2 ft high
    yellow petals

    can you help with id? thanks

    I agree - bidens aristosa, or tickseed sunflower, swamp marigold...

    the plants in my photos are actually growing in or near a drain ditch

    I need to check out the seedheads later
