Yaletown Tree ID (Grape like fruit formation)

    Hello, any chance somebody can ID this tree? It was amazing and in Yaletown. We're hoping to use it is future landscape projects.

    Some kind of Styrax, possibly Japanese snowbell, Styrax japonicus .

    Rounded leaves indicate it would not be that particular species of Styrax.
