I have number of Yacon tubers and young plants. But I am possibly too far and maybe behind the phytosanitary borders/barriers from you.
BTW, it may be a bit too late for current year, to look for Yacon growth tubers. Because even up north here, at 59.3 latitude Yacon crowns are mostly sprouted already. Most of my Yacon plants look like on attached photo now (a week or two after dividing the crowns). There are multiple divided Yacon plants planted together (for easier handling during frost risk season) into 10 litre buckets for rooting. Some crown parts are still not sprouted and I haven't divided these yet.
