I've had this plant for over 5 months now and it doesnt seem to be growning at all. Anyone knows the ID of this plant or what care it needs? Thanks, Sandra

I want to say it's a Bay leaf plant but it doesn't look right =/. Possibly a type of ficus?? Sorry, I know that this isn't much help...

Anyone else want to take a crack at it??

Really? It's not Coffea arabica; that's got more pronounced venation and slightly wavy leaf edges... Most of the Coffea do. Maybe Robusta (Coffea canephora) or another of the less-grown cultivars.

Oh really, I didnt know. I had it in the washroom, close by a north facing window. I have it since October and it doesnt seem to have grown a lot, if not all.

If it is coffee, they have a period of semi-dormancy and next to no growth. If you put it in the sun it should perk right up.

    Coffee plant.........perk up? :-)

Who would have thought it possible?

    Regular or decaf?

Maybe it would be more appropriate for the kitchen than a washroom?

That's because we have a huge washroom, kitchen here is pretty much full. I'll find a better spot for it, it needs sun. Thanks!!!
