I think this problem has previously been addressed, however now it is happening to My Wisteria so I want to ask again! It is about 17 years old, has been blossoming beautifully for quite a few years. Sometimes twice a year. It was setting up blossoms this spring and I knew it would soon be in full swing and all of a sudden I noticed it had just stopped! It's little hanging down buds are all grey looking and withered. No leaves either. But, about a foot from the base, there is a lovely burst of new fresh leaves. Your thoughts? (in tears in Vancouver, WA)
