Hello, it is now the end of April and my Wisteria is not in leaf. last year it had an abundance of blooms. It's 5 years old and at the moment looks dry and dormant. i want to know if it's dead or what would the reason for this be? any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
To see if it is still alive, just slice a knife into the bark at an angle and see if the wood is green inside. Hope that helps.
