Wisteria or something else

    I thought this was a Wisteria but it's never flowered and we've been living here for 3 years now. Does anyone know what plant this is and if it is a Wisteria how do I get it to flower? Located Toronto Ontario

    It sure looks like Wisteria floribunda.

    Sometimes they are just reticent. Plenty of questions about non-flowering Wisteria on the forums.
