I would like to know how to legally import tropical plant seeds to grow indoors. I tend to grow fruit seeds with success. I was wondering where I could find Rumdul (Mitrella Mesnii) plant seeds or plant shoots to import. Rumdul flower is the national flower of Cambodia. I believe some of you may have reliable sources. I have looked on the internet, but haven't been able to find an exportation source. Thanks in advance for your useful replies.

I believe that the maximum quantity of seeds you can bring into Canada is 500g - as long as they are not on CITES etc - before requiring permits and other documentation.
This means that in most cases you should have no problem legally bringing the seeds into the country (I have ordered small quantities from many different countries). However your biggest problem may be finding a supplier WILLING to ship to Canada as not all of them will do so.
