After 3 years I have finally been able to propogate 9 leaf cutting from my minature rose. It is now October and I am noticing new growth on the cuttings. I was able to do this last year but the the new plants died during our cold winters in Vernon. How do I properly winterize my new plants? Do I bring them indoors with a grow light ?
