Wintercreeper? and an herb

    This looks like wintercreeper to me. Can it really get this big?

    In case you hadn't guessed, I remove invasive species in NE parks for fun and non-profit.

    First is Fortune's Spindle Euonymus fortunei.

    Second is a species of Galium, possibly Woodruff Galium odoratum.
