This is my first time growing these lilies and they are amazing and surprising . The bulb I bought at the Seattle Garden show was supposed to be 1-2 yearsaway from blooming but it produced a five foot stock that produced amny beautiful blloms this july.

My question is as follows; Does the lily have to be lifted and stored for the winter or should I just civer the area with mulch and leave it?

You will probably find that the parent bulb has expired and left behind offsets, in the manner of a bromeliad. These will grow on and flower when old enough. Do not lift and store.
