Windmill Palm

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could purchase a windmill Palm? I'm looking for a nursery that will ship to Ontario canada or is located in Ontario.

Bear in mind, it won't be hardy outdoors in Ontario!

 

I hear of plenty of enthusiasts growing the Windmill palm in Canadian Ontario, albeit with plenty of winter protection in most cases. I wonder if the hardiest provenances are doing well in the extreme southern points? I know that it may be a stretch in those regions without a helping hand.
