I have a 4 foot windmill palm planted in my front yard (had for 4 years). Last year the leaves slowed down growing(new leaves stopped coming out) and this year it looks like all the leaves are dying. I've had friends tell me that the tree may come back as they have had similar situations and to not to dig out the tree prematurely. Any advice??
