The following vine is growing in my lemon tree in my back yard. I have searched all over but can not find a name. It resembles a wild grape leaf but I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Don't know about that one. I believe it is either V. vulpina if glabrous underneath, or V. cinerea if fuzzy.
After researching both types you listed I do believe it is the vitis vulpina (frost or riverbank grape). I was able to gather information on growing conditions and since I have discovered another smaller plant in my flower bed, I will transplant and see how it goes. We also grow muscadines but if this grape will produce, I will be a truly happy girl! Thank you so much for your prompt attention and help. Have a blessed weekend!
