Wild flowers from NW coast

    Southern Ontario, Canada
    The purple flowering plant is low growing, grass-like, in cool humid areas of the Pacific coast.

    The white cherry-like blossom plant is shrub-like, 6 ft tall, and it too grows wild along Pacific NW coast.

    #2 is a bramble Rubus fruticosus aggregate (a complex group of several hundred microspecies).

    #1 is Brodiaea, probably B. coronaria.
