Wildflowers: Wild flower

    Could you please identify this fascinating wild flower for me. I took the pictures today in the Slocan Valley in the West Kootenay. The plants are about 3 m tall and grow in a damp spot close to the stagnant water.

    Maybe Cow Parsnip, Heracleum maximum.

    Definitely. You can tell it from giant hogweed by the different outlines and dispersal of the leaves.
