I have collected a number of wild flower seeds such as lupin, foxglove and poppy and I wish to start a wildflower garden. What and when is the best time/method for germinating these seeds.
    Thanks, Philip

I would sow them directly in the garden early in spring. Be careful not to sow too many seeds so the plants will have enough room to grow and develop. Mark the spots where you planted the seeds to make easier to distinguish little seedlings of your flowers from those of weeds.

It would probably help to store them in the fridge for a few weeks. This mimics the winter & may improve germination. If you want to be more sophistacted about it, do a Google search "stratification seeds".
