I have just met a guy who has an Acer palmatum 'Bloodgood' which has turned green. It is a fairly young tree, growing in a pot and in full sunlight. Apparently it has been 'perfect' for at least 3 years but about a month ago it was repotted and planted into ericaceous compost and then also fed with an ericaceous feed. It is since this that the leaves have turned green. The only time I have known red forms of Japanese Maples to turn green is when they have been in a shady place. He assures me it is in full sun. Any ideas? Luke
