Cacti often lean towards the light. The alternative is rot that has weakened the base, but it is difficult to see if that is the case.

A change in light could do it, but it could also be an infection. Check all around the base for any soft or mushy spots. Fungus at the base can certainly cause a cactus to lean. If it is a fungus it will continue to spread until the cactus collapses. If you catch it early you may be able to save the cactus by cutting off the infected tissue, letting the wound dry (callous) over at least several days, then planting in a well-drained medium.

There are also other more remote possibilities that can cause leaning. Here is a good resource on the topic: https://www.hunker.com/12003636/what-causes-a-cactus-to-lean
